“A touching and beautiful story about love. A movie about the importance of your loved ones.”
“The strongest documentary I have ever seen”
Three days after my friend Peter Snickars was told that he suffered from the most aggressive form of brain cancer we met and the idea of making a documentary about his fight for his life was born that day. Since then I continuously filmed Peter and his family throughout the process. I followed Peter through the hospital treatments, alternative forms of treatments and in their search for miracles. I followed them everywhere until the touching end
In this documentary we come close to all the thoughts that goes through the mind of a man facing death, all the frustrations a family goes through in such a situation, but most of all we see a strong love that keeps the hope through all the difficult times.
My hope is that this film will help other people who are learning that their relative or friend suffers from cancer.
Best, Jan-Olof Svarvar
